Your gameplay progress - level, XP, achievements, stars, streaks, your chosen display name, and an optional profile picture you select from your device - is stored only on your device (local app storage). We do not operate a server that receives or stores this data, and we cannot see it.
If you choose to set a profile picture, the App requests access to your photo library solely to let you pick an image. The selected image is copied into local app storage and is never uploaded anywhere by us.
The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers (such as an advertising ID) and usage data to serve and measure ads, and, where you consent, to personalize them. This processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy. Where required (for example, users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the App will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from the App's consent settings.
The App keeps a small, local-only log of gameplay events (such as puzzles started or completed) to help diagnose issues on your own device. This log is not transmitted to us or any third party.
If you turn on the daily challenge reminder, the App schedules a local notification on your device. These reminders are generated entirely on-device - there is no push server, we do not collect a push token, and no notification data is sent to us or any third party. You can turn reminders off at any time in the App's settings or in your device's notification settings.
Since your data lives only on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. This permanently and immediately erases your local profile.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing or withdraw consent at any time. Because gameplay data lives only on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly (see "Data Retention & Deletion" above). For questions about data processed by advertising partners, contact us and we will assist as required by law.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

By downloading, installing, or playing NumFlow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by Mitul Parmar ("we", "us").
NumFlow is a number-path puzzle game. All gameplay progress (levels, XP, achievements, stars, streaks) is generated and stored locally on your device. There is no account system and no server-side gameplay.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by law, and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App may display third-party advertisements (via Google AdMob) and may offer an optional "Remove Ads" purchase. Purchases are processed by the platform store (Apple App Store / Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms.
All App content, design, and code are owned by the developer unless otherwise noted. You may not redistribute or resell the App or its assets.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
